Shimmer Products retains the title of the goods until orders are paid in full. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us" refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us" refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
We want you to know that our terms and conditions are designed to make you aware that we'll never share your private data, our site is secure, and your consumer rights are protected.
General -
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and using our services/buying our products, you consent to these terms and conditions and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to, the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms, and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right after that to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied, or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.
Notification of change –
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our site's home page and other key pages. If there are any changes in how We use Our site customers' Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to Our privacy policy will be posted on Our website ten days before these changes occur. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement regularly.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your access to this website and/or undertaking of an Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
Typographical error –
Shimmer Products have taken every care in preparing the content of this website to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.
Shimmer Products shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing or product information received from Our suppliers. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your account charged. If Your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, We shall immediately issue a credit to Your account in the amount of the charge. Our filters are only to be used as a guide. Please take care to check your order before confirming payment. If an item appears within the incorrect filter, please get in touch with us, and We shall amend the product.
Returning Goods –
Products that prove to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note subject to the following conditions:
1. We receive the goods within 30 days of dispatch.
2. Items and their packaging are received in a re-saleable condition.
3. Items are received with a copy of the original invoice, the reason for return and the return reference number (contact our sales team for details at sales@shimmerproducts.co.uk.
4. Items are returned with the carriage paid.
5. In the unlikely event you receive damaged items, you must make our sales team aware as soon as possible. (Sales@shimmerproducts.co.uk). Return the product(s) back to the box they were delivered in, and we will replace or refund them.
Faulty Products –
If a product develops a fault, you should contact us to inform us as soon as possible - by email (sales@shimmerproducts.co.uk). We provide a warranty on products and packaging up to six months from the date of purchase, excluding products deemed consumable items - such as microfibre towels, wash mitts, brushes and other items that will invariably be subject to wear and tear from intended use. These are only covered for a period of 3 months from the purchase date.
In all cases, you must be willing to supply proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.
Additional Costs -
Shimmer Products will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred by products shipped or ordered in error.
Availability –
The services featured on this website are only available within the United Kingdom or in relation to postings from the United Kingdom. All advertising is intended solely for the United Kingdom market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, and text available through this site. We do not recommend that content available on or through Our site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
Log Files –
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, our web servers automatically log standard access information for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Sales and promotional –
Sales + Promotions by Shimmer Products will typically state T&C apply where necessary; promotions and deals put on by Shimmer Products will declare the end date of given promotion either at the beginning or during the sale when the availability of items becomes limited. All promotions are final and can't be swapped for different promotions we have.
Discount Codes –
Codes will apply to full-priced items that are not featured in any current/ongoing promotions/Accessories (unless stated).
Discount codes can only be applied at the time of promotion.
Method of payments –
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners, Stripe and PayPal.

Right to refuse –
We reserve the right to refuse payments if the billing and shipping address does not match. Any payments may be cancelled, and alternative payments are required.
